INCENTIVES FOR CURRENT MEMBERS WHO RECRUIT NEW MEMBERSHIPS
1. Recruit Junior membership, social membership or non-resident membership and get a $125 credit on your account.
2. Recruit Regular membership and get $250 credit on your account.
Initiation fees are non refundable.
Non-Resident membership will be determined by member’s home resident zip code not billing address. All zip codes other than 72450 and 72451 will be considered non-resident.
HOW THE $50 REQUIRED MINIMUM MONTHLY FOOD AND BEVERAGE WILL APPLY TO ALL PARAGOULD COUNTRY CLUB MEMBERS BEGINNING APRIL 1, 2007
I. START DATE: April 1, 2007
II. BILLING CYCLES: 25th to 25th of each month
III. WHAT PRODUCTS ARE INCLUDED: All food and beverages; including beer, wine mixed drinks and sales tax.
IV. WHAT IS EXCLUDED: Gratuities will not be included in the $50 minimum. The 15% automatic gratuity will be excluded in calculating the required
minimum $50.
Any and all purchases count toward the monthly minimum. Members will be allowed to pay cash, use a credit card or charge to their house account.
When ordering, inform your server of your name or account number, pay as you prefer, sign your ticket and your account will given the credit toward the minimum.
EXAMPLES:
1. Mary: Does not patronize PCC any for the month—she will receive monthly statement for dues plus an additional charge of $50.
2. Joe: Spends $40 for the month and paid by cash and credit card. Receives monthly statement for dues plus an additional charge of $10.
3. Jane: Spends $30 for the month and paid by cash and credit card also charged $30 on her house account. Receives monthly statement for dues plus an additional charge of $30.
4. John: Spends $150 for the month and charged everything to his house account. Receives monthly statement for dues plus an additional charge of $150.
5. Sue: Has her Parents in town visiting and they go to PCC for dinner and Parents want to buy dinner, cost for dinner was $56. Sue gives server her name or account number, Parents pay by cash or credit card and Sue gets credit on her account of $56. Assuming this was Sue’s only visit for the month she would: Receive monthly statement for dues.
6. Bob: Spends $60 for the month and paid by cash and credit card. Receives monthly statement for dues.
# 5 would also apply if PCC member has a customer or guest who is buying dinner, lunch etc.
Bank Draft accounts will be drafted for the total charges owed for the month: dues plus any charge to individual’s house account, or under the minimum amount.
